The Zaouïa Moulay Idriss is one of the oldest monuments of Fez, which contains the tomb of the patron saint Moulay Idriss II founder of the city. The Zawiya of Sidi Ahmed Tijani This mausoleum mosque contains the tomb of one of the great saints of the city. Sidi Ahmed Tijani.

Souk Debbaghine, the district of the tanners, these work in the open air. Souk Serrajine is a famous market for the silverware trade. Souk Attarine is the souk of grocers, perfumes and cosmetics. Souk Seffarin. Souk Nejjarine takes its name from the cabinetmakers who occupy the stalls of this place. Souk Chemaine is known for trading dates and nuts. Souk Haik, mainly sells fabrics.

The Nejjarine Museum is located on a site of nearly 300 years. It is an old two storey fondouk that has been beautifully restored. In the heart of the medina lies the Batha Palace, built by Hassan I. It was turned into a museum of craftsmanship under the French protectorate. You will find a wide range of artisan products dating back to the 13th century.

The madrassas are a living testimony of the intellectual, scientific and political past of the city of Fez. These old schools are located in the neighborhoods of the medina. They are richly decorated and merge with the architectural ensemble of the old city La Medersa Sahrij, Medersa Bou Inania Medersa Bab.

The Al Karaouiyine Mosque was founded in 859 by a pious woman Oum Al Banine Fatima Al Fihriya, the most important in the history of Fez. Its architecture is one of the best representative of the Arab-Andalusian style. The Andalusian mosque was originally a simple oratory. It has been enlarged and embellished several times by the successive dynasties.

Recently restored, Jardin Jnane Sbil is a true oasis of pure air, created in the 18 th century by Sultan Moulay Abdallah. It has more than 3,000 plant species, some of which are very rare.

The Glaoui Palace This magnificent residence was built at the beginning of the 19th century, by the pasha of Marrakech Thami Glaoui to serve as his residence when he went to Fez.
